We highly recommend BJ Douglass as a therapist. She worked with our 12-year-old daughter, and us as a family, to help learn about anxiety, adoption issues, and how important communication is. She brought us all closer together as a family, and we are forever grateful for that.

BJ Douglas is a caring and insightful therapist who helped our daughter during the first few months of her gender transition while she was a college student. She was also helpful in facilitating communication between us and our daughter. Based on our own experience, we would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with anxiety, depression or gender dysphoria, and to their loved ones.
